These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between DamoreSoft ("Company") and users regarding the use of the casual game application Watermelon Maker ("Service"). By installing or using the Service, users agree to these Terms.
The Service is a casual fruit-merge puzzle game where you merge identical fruits to create larger ones. Starting from blueberries, combine your way through lemons, bananas, grapes, strawberries, kiwis, apples, peaches, hallabongs, and melons to finally create a watermelon. The game ends when fruits overflow the container. It provides interactive content including:
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service for maintenance, technical improvements, or operational reasons.
The Service is provided without account registration or login.
Users may access the Service immediately after installing the application.
Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Users may optionally link a Google or Apple account in Settings to back up their game records and restore them on another device. Account linking is not required to use the Service. Users may delete a linked account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account; deletion is permanent and removes the account information and ranking records.
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
All content within the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, design, software, audio, and game content, is owned by the Company or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written consent from the Company.
The Company strives to provide stable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Service interruptions may occur due to system maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events.
The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.
Some parts of the Service offer optional rewarded advertisements that grant in-game benefits, such as continuing a game that would otherwise end. Watching a rewarded advertisement is entirely the user's choice, and declining it does not restrict use of the Service.
In-game benefits obtained this way have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or discontinued by the Company.
Details on how advertising data is handled are described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, technical issues, or user misuse of the Service except where required by applicable law.
The Company may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be announced within the application or through other appropriate channels.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

본 서비스는 화면에 떨어지는 과일을 같은 종류끼리 합쳐 더 큰 과일을 만드는 퍼즐 게임입니다. 블루베리에서 시작해 레몬, 바나나, 포도, 딸기, 키위, 사과, 복숭아, 한라봉, 멜론을 거쳐 최종적으로 수박을 만드는 것이 목표이며, 과일이 상자 위로 넘치면 게임이 종료됩니다. 회사는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.
회사는 서비스 개선 또는 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
서비스에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠(텍스트, 이미지, 디자인, 코드 등)의 저작권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.
이용자는 회사의 사전 동의 없이 이를 복제, 배포, 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
회사는 다음과 같은 경우 서비스 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.
본 서비스는 무료로 제공되며 광고를 통해 운영됩니다.
서비스 일부에서는 게임이 종료될 상황에서의 이어하기 등 게임 내 혜택을 제공하는 보상형 광고를 선택적으로 제공하며, 시청 여부는 전적으로 이용자의 선택입니다. 시청하지 않아도 서비스 이용에 제한을 받지 않습니다.
보상형 광고로 획득한 게임 내 혜택은 재산적 가치가 없고 현금 등으로 교환할 수 없으며, 회사는 이를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.

회사는 서비스 제공과 관련하여 법령에서 정한 경우를 제외하고 다음 사항에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
회사는 필요 시 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며 변경 내용은 앱 내 공지 등을 통해 안내합니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 준거법으로 합니다.
